This year is rapidly drawing to a close, so before we jump headlong into 2024, here’s a recap of the past twelve months of the GB Maxibasketball national programme!
It’s been an exciting and eventful 2023, not least because we offered opportunities for players to compete in Europe at the Santander Masters Basket Tournament and the MAMBAbasket Murcia International Tournament, as well as the trip of a lifetime to compete in the World Maxibasketball Championship FIMBA – Mar Del Plata 2023.
THANK YOU to all the personnel behind the GB Maxis teams: Coaches, Sports Science & Medicine personnel and Team Managers, without whom none of this would be possible. Thanks also to our programme supporters and facility providers. We look forward to another exciting year working with you all. HAPPY NEW YEAR as we hit the road to the European Maxibasketball Championship 2024, in Pesaro Italy.
