Having finished the FIMBA Pesaro 24 European Maxibasketball Championship with two silver medals 
and respectable (top 7) placings for five more teams, GB Maxibasketball is resuming it’s recruitment campaign for players, coaches, team managers and sports therapists who are interested in selection to Great Britain teams for the 17th World Maxibasketball Championship 2025 taking place from 27 June to 6 July 2025 in Ticino, Switzerland.

With an increased number of high quality teams competing each year in these championships, we are seeking to bring together and select the strongest cohort of players from the widest talent pool available nationally.
If you’re up for that challenge, there’s nothing stopping you. Everyone is welcome.
