Our GB Maxibasketball men’s training weekend has concluded for this month, and what a busy one it was! All six squads from 35+ through to 60+ were in action, either in practice sessions or playing prep games.
We were delighted to welcome Basketball Ireland Masters 50+ and FIMBA GB Brotherhood 50+ to compete in a four team tournament with our 50+ and 45+ squads. The final scores are in brackets below:

All games played in great spirit and with no injuries!
It was just as busy on the other two courts as our 55+ & 60+ teams also had friendly games against local opposition, whilst our 35s and 40s battled it out on court three. Thanks as ever to our SSEM team for the weekend, Mark Dayson and Gail White and to our team of coaches and TMs (not forgetting guest TO Caitlyn Riley) for their efforts. We appreciate you!
